James D. Isett, DMD, MS

My name is Dr. James David Isett. I was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. I’m a Board-certified Endodontist who received my Dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh and my Certificate in Endodontics and Masters of Science from The Ohio State University in 1999. I also completed a General Practice Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. I started the practice in 1999.

I am Board Certified by the American Board of Endodontists and belong to a number of organizations, including the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the York County Dental Society.  I have held various positions within the York County Dental Society.

I am also on the hospital staff for the York Hospital where I give lectures to the dental residents and volunteer occasionally at the Hoodner Dental Clinic.

I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of endodontics. To keep abreast of the latest developments in endodontics, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of Pennsylvania.

I have one beautiful daughter, Chloe.  My hobbies include golfing, skiing, fitness, playing my guitar and wine collecting.
